Otty Lake is well known regionally for its beauty, picturesque islands and interesting shore line.  

The lake is about five miles in length and has a generous width.  It is spring fed.  Because it is not part of a waterway, pollutants from upstream are a less likely problem.  

The Otty Lake Association is very active and extremely interested in maintining good water quality.   Otty Lake offers some of the best small mouth bass fishing in Eastern Ontario.
