BurgessWood is a unique residential development adjacent to the north shore of Otty Lake, just five miles from Perth, Ontario, Canada. It is a seventy lot community consisting of four hundred acres of beautiful rolling terrain and over four thousand feet of waterfront on Otty Lake.  Half of the total acreage is jointly owned recreational space and the other half is resident owned private properties.   The waterfront area is private, accessible only to residents and their guests.

The philosophy behind this unique design has two main beliefs:

1) Residents are able to enjoy a lifestyle close to nature in a relaxing environment yet are so close to beautiful heritage Perth.

2) The jointly owned waterfront offers recreational advantages to residents while conserving natural waterfront, which is an asset to the lake itself.
